Sir Elton John Sings Our Praises On CNN

In an interview with CNN, Sir Elton John discussed his philanthropic accomplishments and aspirations. What does this have to do with Charity Navigator? Well, when asked how he measures the success of his charity, Elton John AIDS Foundation, he specifies that it has earned four consecutive 4-star ratings.

"In America for the last four years, I've measured the success by the fact that we have a four-star rating from the Charity Navigator for the last four years, which means that we are doing a fantastic job. We don't waste any money, we don't gamble with our money." - Sir Elton John
