Gifts To Charity Can Still Pay Off On Your 2015 Taxes If You Hurry
Your gifts to charity are an expression of your generosity and commitment to solving the problems that threaten our society. Even if your intentions are 100% altruistic, Uncle Sam still rewards your charitable endeavors by making these gifts tax-deductible. But remember you must make your donation by December 31 to claim the tax deduction on your 2015 taxes.
You can do that, up to the last minute of the year, on Charity Navigator's site using the new Giving Basket.
