Charity Navigator Breaks Down United Nations Sustainable Development Goals

Charity Navigator Breaks Down United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
In honor of the United Nations Agenda for Sustainable Development, Charity Navigator is discussing the potential impact of the public-motivated portion of the agenda: the Sustainable Development Goals.

193 countries adopted the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development in 2015. The piece of this that the public is most aware of are the Sustainable Development Goals. The goals address issues that we all would love to see improved upon and alleviated—like poverty, gender equality, hunger, and climate action. It's moving that so many countries will make these goals a part of their focus for the next 15 years.

Charity Navigator has done our research and have published a curated list of charities whose missions align seamlessly with the Sustainable Development Goals. These charities are highly-rated and work internationally and nationally. Not surprisingly, there are a plethora of charities that made it onto our curated list. You can learn more about the Sustainable Development Goals and the charities working tirelessly to advance them here.
