Outlook Not So Bleak

One of our 4-star charities, World Vision, just released the results of a survey inquiring about the public’s year-end giving plans. This poll offers some hope for charities that are concerned about their ability to raise funds this holiday season. Specifically, the results indicate that while many Americas are planning to curb their consumer good purchases, they do not plan to decrease their charitable investments. Furthermore, it appears that many Americans are planning to take Charity Navigator’s advice and marry philanthropy and gift giving.

As a 501 (c) (3) organization itself, Charity Navigator depends on public support to help donors make informed choices. Please consider investing in the future of Charity Navigator by making a donation today.  Donate now >>
