Webinar Features Research About Harlem Children’s Zone

Social Solutions will be hosting a webcast on March 25, 2010 at 3pm (EST) featuring Paul Tough, author of Whatever it Takes; Geoff Canada’s Quest to Change Harlem and America.

In this webcast, Paul Tough, who spent five years conducting on-the-scene research at the 4-star Harlem Children’s Zone, will discuss successes and failures of this integrated youth strategy, and include key takeaways for those working to implement something similar in their neighborhood. Social Solutions goal for this webinar is to encourage schools, human service organizations, and government agencies to work collaboratively to improve the life prospects of at-risk youth. Social Solutions hopes that the webinar leaves you energized, better informed, and more passionate about transforming your community.
